Central-Hotel Kaiserhof - Hannover

Room 419 definitely needs reviewing. Labeling it as a superior room is misleading given how small the bathroom is, and the high window means you need to be part acrobat to open it. The shower in my room had a tendency to send water flooding onto the floor.

That was terrific and charming hotel set in busy area, near to the main square in terms of price, and the railway station. The property provided a bountiful and wonderful breakfast with egg dishes, best 5 min eggs and fresh fruits. In general the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The vibe here was exclusive!

The staff was pleasant and attentive . The room was quite small and noisy at night.

This was our second stay at the 'Kaiserhof" and both stays were wonderful. The staff all greet us in a very friendly manner and the rooms are luxurious. We requested the same room we had on our first visit and our request was honored. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to make it an annual visit. The hotel's location is perfect...we enjoyed walking to all of our favorite places and restaurants. We feel as though we have adopted the Kaiserhof and Hannover as one of our favorite vacation locations. If possible, we will return!

I chose this hotel for the location mainly, it is directly outside the main station and very easy to find. The added bonus was the style and standard of this hotel. Although I only booked a single room which was a little small it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were outstanding and made one feel completely at home.

The room was warm and comfortable, allowing me to open the window for fresh air when I wanted. The breakfast was high-quality and included wonderful options like avocado toast, made mornings special!

Good location opposite the central station and right in the center of the city.

The cleaness of the room is not good - old carpets.The Junior Suite has no TV in the bedroom. I have charged 10 euros per day to use Internet, but it didn`t work.

Take advantage of the outdoor patio for a lovely evening atmosphere while enjoying a drink, especially if you appreciate casual settings.

All in all they offer excellent service. The whole interior is nice and the rooms are fantastic. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The venue is placed in a very central position near the Central Station-and close to the City Center.

The staff was attentive and spoke English fluently. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of delicious options.

No air conditioning

Perfect location, really good breakfast, kind staff, comfortable room, nice interior. So, it is 4 stars hotel.

There is not so nice view to the backyard from some rooms and decorations are quite old (carpets, wallpaper, some defects on a wooden furniture)

Terrific hotel, awesome location, we booked the suite and truly enjoyed it. The venue was in the centre of Hannover. The public parking was nearby, excellent service...
